Exploring Oaxaca (Part 2)

My lack of sleep these last few days finally caught up to me. I slept about 8 hours last night, then another 4 hours in the afternoon. Now I’m feeling 💯. After further exploration, we decided that Oaxaca is a very Instagrammable place. It’s very colorful, and the weather is perfect.

Oaxaca is famous for their tlayudas, a tortilla pizza 🍕 (apologies if this offends anyone). We initially considered trying the place featured on Netflix but decided instead to try another well-reviewed restaurant: Tlayudas El Negro. We’d highly recommend this place!

Since our trip to Mexico City last year, I’ve been into this late-night corn snack, esquites 🌽. Today, I dove into the Tostitos variant. Unbelievable! Undoubtedly a calorie bomb 🫃, but so delicious! 🤤

Finally, we’ve continued our tour of mezcalines, or mezcal cocktails 🍹. Life is beautiful. 🥰
